Is my clipboard data private?
ClipMate is built on a local-first architecture. Your clipboard history lives in your device’s RAM — never written to disk, never sent to a server. When you close the app, your history is gone. No tracking, no ads, no data collection. Only items you explicitly pin are saved locally. You can optionally sync pinned items across devices by signing in (free).
What platforms does ClipMate run on?
macOS, Windows, and Linux. iOS and Android.
What is Smart Paste?
Smart Paste transforms your clipboard content with AI. Summarize text, translate languages, format code, or build custom actions. Requires ClipMate Pro.
